Class 8 cleanroom: maximum cleanliness guaranteed
Our class 8 cleanroom in accordance with ISO 14644-1 has a floor space of 170 square meters. Here, the air is air-conditioned and cleaned 24 times an hour by hepa filters to create a low-particle environment. These controlled conditions are essential for the assembly of components that are used in areas with the highest cleanliness requirements.
Modern technology for precise assembly
RJ Lasertechnik's clean room uses state-of-the-art systems that enable precise 2D and 3D processing. Our laser sources are QCW fiber lasers with pulse powers of up to 3 kW, which can be used to process almost all metals up to a penetration depth of 2 mm.
The manufactured components undergo extensive inspection and test procedures to ensure compliance with the high cleanliness and functional requirements.
Typical component sizes and areas of application
Our clean room production systems are designed for processing components up to a size of 400 x 300 x 100 mm for 3D applications and 200 x 200 x 100 mm for 2D applications.
