Precise laser cutting of the highest quality

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has the ideal capacity to meet your short-term production requirements. Our sophisticated production planning and our comprehensive quality assurance and testing system guarantee absolute adherence to deadlines and quality standards that you can rely on.

We offer you the following tolerances and contour accuracies:

  • Precision of less than 0.01 mm
  • Minimum kerf widths from 30 µm
  • Material thicknesses from 0.005 to 4 mm
  • Maximum dimensions of 2,000 x 500 x 300 mm
  • Bevel cuts up to 65° from perpendicular
  • Low heat-affected zone
  • Smallest radii (15 µm)m sharp edges
  • Narrow bars (0.2 x d)

Our state-of-the-art laser systems enable gentle cutting with a minimal heat-affected zone. We use high-performance beam sources such as QCW fiber lasers to achieve brilliant results. As standard, we achieve kerf widths of 0.10 mm, which are reduced to 0.03 mm for laser fine cutting with a material thickness of 1 mm. The heat-affected zone is minimal with laser fine cutting and guarantees maximum precision.

In our laser fineblanking production facility, we process a wide range of materials, including steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, special alloys and technical ceramics such as aluminum oxide, silicon nitride and boron nitride. Many common dimensions and alloys are available directly from stock.
