In order to meet the special tasks and work requirements at RJ Lasertechnik, we train our employees ourselves and have been involved in inter-company vocational training for many years.
What TIAF-AC e.V. offers young people looking for an apprenticeship
TIAF-AC e.V. advises and supports young people and adults who are looking for a future- oriented apprenticeship in the industrial-technical sector, e.g. as:
- Electronics technician for operating technology
- Industrial electrician
- Industrial mechanic
- Machine and plant operator
- Mechatronics technician
- Technical product designer
- Cutting machine operator

The idea behind this special training concept is to supplement the dual training system of vocational school and training company with inter-company training. The result is a trial training system.
How to get started with inter-company vocational training
In order to determine aptitude and interest for the profession, a test is carried out by TÜV- Nord Bildung within the framework of TIAF-AC e.V., which includes a written test and a practical part. We therefore ask interested parties to give us permission to pass on their application documents.
